Any liability of a medical nature shall adhere to the applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the WGBO law (or its international equivalent) in the regions of MENA, EU, US, Canada.  Medvice shall not be held liable for any medical advice provided by independent doctors who act as the service providers remotely.  The service provider shall bear the soleresponsibility for the medical advice provided.

All intellectual property rights pertaining to the Website and the App belong to Medvice, unless they are the property of third parties. Without the prior written consent of Medvice, it is strictly prohibited to disclose, reproduce, store, or offer for sale (parts of) the Website and the App, information on the Website and the App, or any other material displayed on the Website and the App in any way.

 

Governing Law

This disclaimer and any disputes arising from the use of the Website and the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

The App serves as a platform facilitating the provision of medical advice services in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) capacity. It is crucial to emphasize that Medvice, in its role as a mediating platform, solely facilitates the exchange of advice between users and medical professionals. However, Medvice does not directly provide medical services. Consequently, it is expressly stated that no doctor-patient relationship will be established through the use of this platform. Any advice provided should not be construed as formal medical diagnosis or treatment. Users are advised to seek professional medical consultation from qualified healthcare providers for proper diagnosis and treatment of any medical condition.

In the event that Medvice is conducting an open beta test phase for the App. During this period, we are actively seeking user feedback to enhance and improve the service. Please be aware that as part of the open beta nature, the App may experience occasional bugs, crashes, or other technical issues. Your participation in the open beta acknowledges that you understand and accept these potential challenges. Therefore, Medvice shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your participation in the open beta session, including but not limited to data loss, system malfunctions, or any other adverse effects on your device or data.
